Ocoee Riverside Farm wants to help you host your next birthday party surrounded by lots of animal friends! We offer special party packages and plenty of upgrades that can be fun additions to your child’s special day. With multiple packages and price ranges to choose from we have something for every age and budget! Each package includes a limited number of guests however additional guests may be added under "Party Package Add-Ons". Your group will also have access to our covered pavilion which can accommodate up to 96 guests. Do keep in mind that parties at Ocoee Riverside Farm are a “family affair” meaning that our all inclusive program includes everyone in attendance, not just the kids. For this reason the “guest” count does need to include everyone, both children and adults, and there will be a charge for all in attendance, age 3 and up. Some family's choose to cover this expense while others ask the family's of invited children to pitch in on the cost of bringing additional family members. Should you need some ideas of how to eloquently word your invites just ask and we’re happy to help. Parties are offered Monday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-1:30pm.

(The "Sloth Encounter" is a SIGNIFICANTLY reduced add-on for the birthday child, and up to 3 additional participants. At least one participant must be the parent/guardian. Must arrive to the farm at 10:30am, prior to the party. Minimum age 8. Participants will be able to pet, feed, and take photos with our sloth Flash.)

Due to the high volume of party requests we have adopted the following reservation and cancellation policies.
BOOKING REQUESTS: The Birthday Party calendar does not account for everything we have going on at the farm each day which means that your booking below is being submitted as a request. You should include all required information as well as all desired “Party Package Add-ons” at the time of your booking request. (No Add-ons may be added to our DIY Petting Zoo Party) No payment is charged at the time of request. AFTER we have confirmed availability you will be notified via email and provided a payment link to submit your payment within 48 hours. This payment will secure your party date/time. Should you later need to add additional guests to your party total you will need to inform us at least 7 days in advance of your party date at which time you will be invoiced for these additional guests.
CANCELLATION: Guests cancelling a party reservation more than 2 weeks in advance will receive a refund of all monies paid, less a non-refundable cancellation fee of $75. Guests cancelling a party reservation 10 to 14 days in advance will receive a refund of all monies paid, less a non-refundable cancellation fee of $100. Guests cancelling a reservation less than 10 days but more than 72 hours prior to their party will receive a refund of all monies paid, less a non-refundable cancellation fee of $125. Cancellation requests inside of 72 hours are not eligible for a refund. NOTE- For last minute cancellations, due to a verifiable emergency, you may be eligible, on a case by case situation, to receive a $225 credit toward a future party.
Liability Waiver must be signed by, or on behalf of, all guests lodging with us and/or participating in our Events and Encounters.
