Welcome To Ocoee Riverside Farm
We are a 30 acre, family owned and operated, riverfront farm located in the small town of Benton, Tennessee where we have created a unique “Stay Here, Play Here” environment exclusively for our lodging guests. Our lodging options are distinctively different, with each offering its own individual flair. Choose from our two-story riverside cabin, one of 3 different covered wagons, or one of our two barn stays located inside the lofts of our working barns! While we have a handful of “Events” that are open to the general public the majority of our “Experiences“, both on and off property, are designed for the exclusive enjoyment of our lodging guests. Whether you’re an outdoor enthusiast, an animal lover, or just seeking a peaceful riverside retreat we are confident that Ocoee Riverside Farm has what you’re looking for in your next Tennessee vacation!

Lodging Options
The Riverside Cabin
“The Riverside” is a two story private cabin located on the bank of the beautiful Ocoee River. The main floor offers a den with sleeper sofa, stone fireplace, full bath, private bedroom w/double bed & fully equipped kitchen featuring all new appliances. The loft bedroom offers an additional king size bed. Enjoy an enclosed screen porch facing the river as well as a multi-leveled deck with gas grill and patio furniture. Laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer is provided on the ground level.
Covered Wagons
Take a step back in time to the 1800’s when the American pioneers used wagons for everything from transporting large loads to moving families across the new world! Don’t worry though, you won’t be “roughing it”, our wagons are equipped with central heat and A/C, a king size bed, a set of bunks, a wagon wheel table and chairs, a two door mini fridge/freezer, a convection microwave, a Keurig Duo and luxury linens.
Barn Stays
This is a unique stay for the more adventurous! A love of horses goes a long way as you will be an invited guest of 4 beautiful horses and 2 llamas. That’s right, make no mistake, our barn loft is located INSIDE an actual barn! We are quite confident that you have never experienced anything quite this unique. It is an absolute MUST DO for horse lovers!
Treehouses
**COMING SOON**
We are excited to announce that TREE HOUSES are coming to Ocoee Riverside Farm! Construction on the first of 4 tree houses is expected to begin in the early spring of 2022. Feel free to email us with your idea for a tree house name. If your idea is chosen you will win a free 2 night stay in the tree house that you named!
