While The Welcome Wagon is reminiscent of a much more primitive time in American history you will not have to go without modern day luxuries in this covered wagon replica. The Welcome Wagon is equipped with central heat and A/C, a king size bed, a set of bunks, a wagon wheel table and chairs, a two door mini fridge/freezer, a convection microwave, a Keurig Duo and luxury linens. Trust us, you have never been “glamping” like this before! Additionally, the one feature that sets The Welcome Wagon apart from our other wagons is the full bath located INSIDE the wagon. Thats right!  The bathroom includes a full size shower, single sink with vanity, as well as a standard flush toilet but the amenities don’t stop there. Outside we have also outfitted your private campsite with a picnic table, charcoal grill, stone ring fire-pit surrounded by 4 fireside chairs, set of roasting forks, grilled sandwich presses, and a complete set of cast iron cookware. Whether you are looking for a relaxing stay on the river or an exciting family adventure, The Welcome Wagon is ready to welcome you to one of the most unique vacationing experiences you have ever enjoyed!

What Our Guests Are Saying:

“A stunning adventure. From the moment we pulled in, we knew we were in a special place. The uniqueness of our stay, the hospitality of the owners and family and the overall beauty of the farm just blew us away. The attention to detail and care of the Wagon was simply gorgeous and they had everything you could possibly need. Not to mention the views of the river and the entire farm!! There is so much to offer here. We can’t wait to plan another stay with Donna and her family, especially when we can stay longer, and I highly recommend that you book with them too.”

“This is a must see place! The atmosphere is cute and the beds were so comfortable. All the little added touches like the fresh farm eggs, camp cookware, super soft towels, games, books on the history of the wagons made it so homey feeling especially for “glamping.” My sons loved the horses and llamas. We will definitely be back! Summertime would be fun to be able to go white water rafting during the visit! My kids wanted to stay longer than the 2 nights!”

“The farm is a peaceful and beautiful place. This was our first time to stay in a covered wagon and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You have everything you need for a great outdoor and indoor stay. Donna does a great job of communicating what is supplied and what you will need to bring with you. Our family enjoyed walks around the farm and sitting around the campfire. Our grandkids loved all the farm animals, camels and llamas. Looking forward to another stay. Donna is a great host.”
