This “Bucket List” encounter gives guests the opportunity to meet one of our cherished animal ambassadors here at the farm! Dash, Zoey, and Chloe are all representing their species and helping us to provide amazing educational encounters to our guests. Not only are you going to learn some fascinating facts about these animals, but you will also be educated about conservation efforts to protect the rainforest environments of sloths living in the wild. Sloth selfies are not only allowed but encouraged in this sloth HOLDING encounter! We thank you in advance for understanding that we simply do not have room inside the enclosure for anyone other than the 2 persons registered for this shared encounter including “photographers”. We are, however, happy to capture photos/video for those enjoying the encounter solo.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Reservations without Cancellation Protection are non-refundable; however, guests may request to reschedule by emailing ocoeeriversidefarm@gmail.com at least 72-hours before their scheduled encounter time. REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL ONLY. Optional Cancellation Protection is available to be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later. Guests who purchase Cancellation Protection may cancel BY EMAIL ONLY and receive a 100% refund of the encounter cost when cancelling 72+ hours before their encounter and 50% refund when cancelling at least 24-hours before their encounter. CANCELLATIONS INSIDE 24-HRS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN WHEN CANCELLATION PROTECTION IS PURCHASED. Cancellation Protection applies only to the original scheduled encounter date and time and does not transfer, renew, or carry forward after rescheduling. Refund and reschedule eligibility are determined by the time the email request is received. Except for animal rides and hiking, encounters operate rain or shine. If Ocoee Riverside Farm cancels an encounter, all guests will receive a 100% refund for the cancelled encounter(s) or may choose to reschedule, subject to availability.
Specific to sloths: For the health and well-being of our sloths no sloth is on encounter for more than 2 hrs per day and they are not made or expected to perform in any particular way. They interact with us and our guests on their own terms because THEY want to. For that reason the farm reserves the right to substitute one sloth for another without the need for cancellation or refund.
LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, ALL GUESTS LODGING WITH US AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AND ENCOUNTERS.
