From its early beginnings, when our ‘Farm Tour’ only included horses and chickens, it has been a guest favorite here on the farm! Today there is no telling how many different kinds of animals you are going to come in contact with on our ALL NEW ‘Farm Tour & Animal Encounter’! Because we know that guests on our farm want up close encounters we make that a priority of every tour which will include both domestic and exotic animals, kangaroo and camel encounters, our Critter Coral petting zoo, food for hand feeding, and lots, LOTS more! Because camels and kangaroos are among some of our most popular animals many guests want additional time so we provide the option to add on one or both of our 30-minute “VIP” encounters below at 50% OFF! Remember, you WILL meet a Kangaroo and a Camel as part of your regular tour however, our VIP encounters include meeting ALL of our camels and kangaroos, as well as hand feeding kangaroos and riding camels.

ADDING THESE ADDITIONAL ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE FARM TOUR WILL BE AT THE STANDARD PURCHASE PRICE.** When adding the Kangaroo and/or Camel Encounters ALL persons 3+ joining the encounter will need to be included in the count. When adding Pony Rides ALL child riders, including < 3yo, need to be added to the count. The Farm Tour, VIP Kangaroo Encounter and VIP Camel Encounter run rain or shine. Pony Rides and Camel Rides can not be offered in the rain and pony rides would be refunded. The Camel Encounter will still be offered inside the barn, without rides and without refund. CHILDREN UNDER 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARTICIPATING ADULT THAT HAS ALSO PAID FOR THE ENCOUNTER AS WELL AS ANY ADD-ON ENCOUNTERS.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Reservations without Cancellation Protection are non-refundable; however, guests may request to reschedule by emailing ocoeeriversidefarm@gmail.com at least 72-hours before their scheduled encounter time. REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL ONLY. Optional Cancellation Protection is available to be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later. Guests who purchase Cancellation Protection may cancel BY EMAIL ONLY and receive a 100% refund of the encounter cost when cancelling 72+ hours before their encounter and 50% refund when cancelling at least 24-hours before their encounter. CANCELLATIONS INSIDE 24-HRS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN WHEN CANCELLATION PROTECTION IS PURCHASED. Cancellation Protection applies only to the original scheduled encounter date and time and does not transfer, renew, or carry forward after rescheduling. Refund and reschedule eligibility are determined by the time the email request is received. Except for animal rides and hiking, encounters operate rain or shine. If Ocoee Riverside Farm cancels an encounter, all guests will receive a 100% refund for the cancelled encounter(s) or may choose to reschedule, subject to availability.
