CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the farm.  Requests at least 72 hrs prior to the scheduled encounter will be refunded minus a $5 processing fee.  Requests of less than 72 hrs but more than 48 hrs will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee.  Processing Fees are per person.  There are no refunds for cancellations inside of 48 hrs.    ALL ELIGIBLE REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 10 DAYS FOLLOWING THE CANCELLED EVENT.

LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, ALL GUESTS LODGING WITH US AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AND ENCOUNTERS.
