This special encounter is for LODGING GUESTS ONLY as it occurs inside the accommodation you are staying in here on the farm. The private encounter, lasting 45-60 minutes, includes 1-2 sloths depending on group size, and offers guests the opportunity to pet and hold our sloths. ‘Cuddle in Your Cabin’ is available for group sizes as small as 2, but is an especially great option for larger groups hoping to enjoy this special experience that is not offered any other way. This is a ‘by request’ encounter which means that, once booked, you will not be charged until after we have confirmed availability as we have strict protocols on the daily time limit that our sloths are on encounter each day. SPECIAL GUEST REQUIREMENTS: All persons staying in the accommodation must be included in the guest count for this encounter. Additionally, guests will be asked to raise the temperature inside the accommodation to at least 75 degrees in advance of the sloths arrival. For our Barn Loft guests wishing to book this encounter, we will provide a heated encounter space. Children under 10 will be able to pet, but not hold, the sloth.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation requests must be submitted to the farm via email. A 90% refund is available for requests made at least 48 hrs prior to the encounter time. No refunds for cancellations inside of 48 hrs. With the exception of horse, pony & camel rides our encounters run rain or shine. NO RIDES IN RAIN. In the event the farm needs to cancel for any reason guests will be refunded 100%.
Specific to sloths: For the health and well-being of our sloths they are not made or expected to perform in any particular way. They interact with us and our guests on their own terms because THEY want to. For that reason the farm reserves the right to substitute one sloth for another without the need for cancellation or refund.
LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, ALL GUESTS LODGING WITH US AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AND ENCOUNTERS.
