CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Reservations without Cancellation Protection are non-refundable; however, guests may request to reschedule by emailing ocoeeriversidefarm@gmail.com at least 7-days in advance of their scheduled encounter. REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL ONLY. Optional Cancellation Protection is available to be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later. Guests who purchase Cancellation Protection may cancel BY EMAIL ONLY and receive a 100% refund of the encounter cost when cancelling 72+ hours before their encounter and a 50% refund when cancelling at least 24-hours before their encounter. CANCELLATIONS INSIDE 24-HRS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN WHEN CANCELLATION PROTECTION IS PURCHASED. These guests may also reschedule up to 72-hrs in advance without penalty. Refund and reschedule eligibility are determined by the time stamp on the email request. Except for animal rides and hiking, encounters operate rain or shine. If Ocoee Riverside Farm cancels an encounter, all guests will receive a 100% refund for the cancelled encounter(s) or may choose to reschedule, subject to availability.
