Have a hopping good time with our kangaroos, Ruff & Tuff as a participant of our ALL NEW Kangaroo Encounter!  This unique experience focuses on up close interactions with our two red kangaroos.   You will learn tons of interesting facts about these amazing macropods while enjoying them up close inside their enclosure!  Your encounter will include petting, feeding and interacting with the kangaroos so be sure to bring your camera!   Open to all ages!  Considering our Farm Tour & Animal Encounter?  If so, this Kangaroo Encounter can be added to our 3PM Farm Tours at an amazing discount!

• Lodging guests are required to book Experiences that begin and end inside of their stay. (4PM check-in to 10AM check-out)

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Cancellation requests must be submitted to the farm via email.  Requests at least 72 hrs prior to the scheduled experience will be refunded minus a $5 processing fee.  Requests of less than 72 hrs but more than 24 hrs will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee.  There are no refunds for cancellations inside of 24 hrs.  In the event of inclement weather all guest experiences will be rescheduled or fully refunded at guests request.  **If a lodging guest books this experience outside of their check-in/check-out times, or if a non-lodging guest books this experience without prior approval, the Experience will be cancelled and the refund will be processed minus a $10 processing fee. ALL ELIGIBLE REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 10 DAYS FOLLOWING THE CANCELLED EVENT

LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, ALL GUESTS LODGING WITH US AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES.
