Not that kangaroos are new to Ocoee Riverside Farm however our Kangaroo Encounter now includes meeting both our adults AND our babies!! We currently have 10 red kangaroos living here on the farm and this unique experience will focus on up close interactions with all of our amazing roos!! CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Guests must submit cancellation requests at least 72 hours in advance for a 90% refund. Guests may also submit a request to reschedule so long as request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests MUST be submitted via email. Rescheduled encounters are not eligible for any refund. With the exception of animal rides our encounters run rain or shine. In the event the farm needs to cancel for any reason guests will be refunded 100%.
LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, ALL GUESTS LODGING WITH US AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AND ENCOUUNTERS.
