Often referred to by many as their “spirit animal” there is just something about sloths that we can’t get enough of! Perhaps it’s their simple and slow nature or maybe just their ability to hang around without a care in the world. While you won’t find yourself hanging from the branches you are invited to “hang out” with Zoey in our incredibly unique Sloth Encounter. This encounter takes you inside our sloth enclosure where you will have the opportunity to pet, hand feed, and interact with a sloth during this 30 minute encounter! We thank you in advance for understanding that we simply do not have room inside the enclosure for anyone other than the 2 persons registered for this shared encounter however, we are happy to capture photos/video for those enjoying the encounter solo. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Guests must submit cancellation requests at least 72 hours in advance for a 90% refund. Guests may also submit a request to reschedule so long as request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests MUST be submitted via email. Rescheduled encounters are not eligible for any refund. With the exception of animal rides our encounters run rain or shine. In the event the farm needs to cancel for any reason guests will be refunded 100%.
Specific to sloths: For the health and well-being of our sloths they are not made or expected to perform in any particular way. They interact with us and our guests on their own terms because THEY want to. For that reason the farm reserves the right to substitute one sloth for another without the need for cancellation or refund.
LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, ALL GUESTS LODGING WITH US AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AND ENCOUNTERS.
