Our VIP Sloth Encounter offers up close interactions with 2 different sloths in this hour long encounter! Your first half hour is going to bring you face to face with Zoey, for an entire 30 minutes where you will have the chance to pet and hand feed her while learning some amazing facts about the slowest mammals on the planet! Your second half hour offers you the BUCKET LIST OPPORTUNITY to actually hold one of these amazing creatures! We thank you in advance for understanding that we simply do not have room inside our sloth enclosure for anyone other than the persons registered for this shared encounter however, we are happy to capture photos/video for those enjoying the encounter solo. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Guests may request to reschedule by emailing ocoeeriversidefarm@gmail.com at least 7-days in advance of their scheduled encounter however, reservations without Cancellation Protection are non-refundable. Optional Cancellation Protection is available to be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later. Guests who purchase Cancellation Protection may cancel and receive a 100% refund of the encounter cost when cancelling 72+ hours prior to encounter and a 50% refund when cancelling at least 24-hours prior to encounter. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL. CANCELLATIONS INSIDE 24-HRS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN WHEN CANCELLATION PROTECTION IS PURCHASED. Guests with Cancellation Protection may also reschedule, without penalty, so long as the request is received 24+hrs prior to encounter. Only the person that booked the encounter may submit requests and eligibility is determined by the date/time stamp on the email. Under all circumstances reschedule dates cannot exceed 30-days from the originally scheduled date and cannot be subsequently rescheduled. Except for animal rides and hiking, encounters operate rain or shine. If Ocoee Riverside Farm cancels an encounter, all guests will receive a 100% refund for the cancelled encounter(s) or may choose to reschedule, subject to availability.
Specific to sloths: For the health and well-being of our sloths they are not made or expected to perform in any particular way. They interact with us and our guests on their own terms because THEY want to. For that reason the farm reserves the right to substitute one sloth for another without the need for cancellation or refund.
LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, ALL GUESTS LODGING WITH US AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AND ENCOUNTERS.
