Ocoee Riverside Farm wants to help you host your next birthday party at the farm! We offer special party packages and plenty of upgrades that can be fun additions to your child’s special day. With multiple packages and price ranges to choose from we have something for every age and budget!  Each package includes a limited number of guests however additional guests may be added under "Party Package Add-Ons".  Your group will also have access to our covered pavilion which can accommodate up to 96 guests.  Parties are offered Monday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-1:30pm. You must contact the farm to confirm availability prior to booking.

(The "Sloth Encounter" is a SIGNIFICANTLY reduced add-on for the birthday child, and up to 3 additional participants. At least one participant must be the parent/guardian. Must arrive to the farm at 10:30am, prior to the party. Minimum age 8. Participants will be able to pet, feed, and take photos with “Flash” our sloth)

Due to the high volume of party requests we have adopted the following reservation and cancellation policies.

RESERVATION:  AFTER you have confirmed availability you will return here to pay for your party package. This payment will secure your party date/time and serve as a down payment toward your party.  You will need to return to this site no less than 14 days prior to your party to finalize your guest count and party package add-ons.  If you fail to add additional guests by this time we will secure your party for a total of 12 guests with no further add-ons. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE BEYOND THIS POINT.

CANCELLATION:  Guests cancelling a party reservation 2 weeks or more in advance will receive a refund of all monies received less a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50.  Guests cancelling a party reservation 10 to 14 days in advance will receive a refund of all monies paid less a non-refundable cancellation fee of $75.  Guests cancelling a reservation less than 10 days but more than  72 hours prior to their party will receive a refund of all monies paid less a non-refundable cancellation fee of $100.  Cancellation requests inside of 72 hours are not eligible for a refund.  NOTE- For last minute cancellations, due to a verifiable emergency, you may be eligible, on a case by case situation, to receive a $200 credit toward a future party.

Liability Waiver must be signed by, or on behalf of, all guests lodging with us and/or participating in our Events and ENCOUNTERS.
