This experience offers a stand alone pony ride for our littlest equestrians as well as time spent in our Critter Coral Petting Zoo! After being introduced to their new friend they will mount up for this lead-line ride. Very young/small children may require a parent to walk alongside them for the duration of the ride as a safeguard however, we can not move the pony if a parent has to hold the child on to the saddle. Children must be at least 3 years old and able to sit independently for us to move the pony. Otherwise, younger children or children requiring more assistance will receive a “standing ride” which still gives them the opportunity of safely participating. If you have a special-needs child that would like to enjoy the thrill of a pony ride please contact us so we can work with you to give them a wonderful and safe experience. Children over the 100 lb. weight limit should consider our 20-Minute Lead Line Ride under “Horseback Riding” as our weight limit is STRICTLY enforced. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Reservations without Cancellation Protection are non-refundable; however, guests may request to reschedule by emailing ocoeeriversidefarm@gmail.com at least 72-hours before their scheduled encounter time. REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL ONLY. Optional Cancellation Protection is available to be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later. Guests who purchase Cancellation Protection may cancel BY EMAIL ONLY and receive a 100% refund of the encounter cost when cancelling 72+ hours before their encounter and 50% refund when cancelling at least 24-hours before their encounter. CANCELLATIONS INSIDE 24-HRS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN WHEN CANCELLATION PROTECTION IS PURCHASED. Cancellation Protection applies only to the original scheduled encounter date and time and does not transfer, renew, or carry forward after rescheduling. Refund and reschedule eligibility are determined by the time the email request is received. Except for animal rides and hiking, encounters operate rain or shine. If Ocoee Riverside Farm cancels an encounter, all guests will receive a 100% refund for the cancelled encounter(s) or may choose to reschedule, subject to availability.
