What to expect on your tour: We have found that guests desiring a farm tour are most interested in having up close encounters with the various animals here on the farm so we make that a priority of the tour. You just never know what you might find here on the farm at any given day or time but you can expect to meet a large variety of animals that might include: dogs, chickens, ducks, peacocks, emu, swans, geese, horses, goats, llamas, pigs, Scottish Highland cattle (Yes! The furry long haired cows!), miniature donkeys, ponies, camels, talking parrots, kinkajous, coatimundi, hedgehogs, chinchillas, micro squirrels, and even a couple of baby kangaroos! Your encounters will include holding, petting and feeding various animals here on the farm as each paid tour includes 1 bag of feed for hand feeding. (Additional bags may be purchased at a cost of $2). Farm Tours will run approximately 90 minutes depending on a variety of factors. Those being, the size of the group, the attention span of the group, the cooperation of the animals as well as how detailed the group wants the tour to be. Our guests find the tours to be both fun and educational and you’re sure to leave knowing something about the animals here that you didn’t know before. Please be aware that your tour group may include other guests of our farm.
BOOKING NOTE: Please add the Farm Tour, and any desired Add Ons, for each person in your group to the cart one at a time. Also, “Add Ons” are just as they name implies. They are available to be “added” to the purchase of a Farm Tour and should not be booked as stand alone experiences. Every “Add On” will require the booking of a Farm Tour. If your desire is for Pony and/or Camel rides ONLY please book those rides by going to <Camel Rides> and/or <Pony Rides>.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Cancellation requests at least 3 days prior to the scheduled experience are eligible for a FULL refund minus a $5 processing fee. Cancellation requests of less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours will be refunded in full minus a $10 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations inside of 24 hours. In the event of inclement weather all guest experiences will be rescheduled or fully refunded. Scheduled refunds may be applied as a credit toward other events and/or farm souvenirs. ANY AND ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE CANCELLED EVENT. **If you are a non-lodging guest that has booked this experience despite the fact that it reads “THIS EXPERIENCE IS FOR LODGING GUESTS ONLY”, your refund will be processed minus a $10 processing fee.
LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, ALL GUESTS LODGING WITH US AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES.
