From its early beginnings, when our ‘Farm Tour’ only included horses and chickens, it has been a guest favorite here on the farm! Today there is no telling how many different kinds of animals you are going to come in contact with on our ALL NEW ‘Farm Tour & Animal Encounter’! Every Farm Tour includes a Kangaroo Encounter, Camel Encounter as well as a trip through the Critter Coral petting zoo and lots, lots more! Because we know that guests desiring a farm tour are most interested in having up close encounters so we make that a priority of every tour. Your encounters will include holding, petting, feeding, and playing with various animals here on the farm. This fun filled tour runs approximately 90-minutes and a bag of food for hand feeding is included for each guest.

ADDING THESE ADDITIONAL ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE FARM TOUR WILL BE AT THE STANDARD PURCHASE PRICE.** When adding Kangaroo Encounters ALL persons joining the encounter will need to be included in the count. CHILDREN UNDER 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARTICIPATING ADULT THAT HAS ALSO PAID FOR THE ENCOUNTER AS WELL AS ANY ADD-ON ENCOUNTERS.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Guests must submit cancellation requests at least 72 hours in advance for a 90% refund. Guests may also submit a request to reschedule so long as request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests MUST be submitted via email. Rescheduled encounters are not eligible for any refund. With the exception of animal rides our encounters run rain or shine. In the event the farm needs to cancel for any reason guests will be refunded 100%.
LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, ALL GUESTS LODGING WITH US AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AND ENCOUNTERS.
