From its early beginnings, when our 'Farm Tour' only included horses and chickens, it has been a guest favorite here on the farm! Today there is no telling how many different kinds of animals you are going to come in contact with on our ALL NEW 'Farm Tour & Animal Encounter’! Because we know that guests on our farm want up close encounters we make that a priority of every tour which will includes both domestic and exotic animals as well as our Critter Coral petting zoo with food for hand feeding! Because camels and kangaroos are among some of our most popular animals many guests want additional time with them so we provide the option to add our 30-minute “VIP” Kangaroo Encounter and/or our Camel Encounter & Ride to your tour at 50% OFF! Add-on pony rides are also available for the kids!

**A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT FARM TOUR ADD-ONS: The VIP Kangaroo Encounter and/or Camel and Pony Rides are discounted 50%, when added to your Farm Tour so, if interested, be sure to add them below for the best price! **THESE DISCOUNTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE AS ADD-ONS ON THIS PAGE AT THE TIME OF THE TOUR PURCHASE. ADDING THESE ADDITIONAL ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE FARM TOUR WILL BE AT THE STANDARD PURCHASE PRICE.** When adding the Kangaroo and/or Camel rides ALL persons 3+ joining the encounter will need to be included in the count. When adding Pony Rides ALL child riders, including < 3yo, need to be added to the count. The Farm Tour, and VIP Kangaroo Encounter run rain or shine. CHILDREN UNDER 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARTICIPATING ADULT THAT HAS ALSO PAID FOR THE ENCOUNTER AS WELL AS ANY ADD-ON ENCOUNTERS.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Guests may request to reschedule by emailing ocoeeriversidefarm@gmail.com at least 7-days in advance of their scheduled encounter however, reservations without Cancellation Protection are non-refundable. Optional Cancellation Protection is available to be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later. Guests who purchase Cancellation Protection may cancel and receive a 100% refund of the encounter cost when cancelling 72+ hours prior to encounter and a 50% refund when cancelling at least 24-hours prior to encounter. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL. CANCELLATIONS INSIDE 24-HRS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN WHEN CANCELLATION PROTECTION IS PURCHASED. Guests with Cancellation Protection may also reschedule, without penalty, so long as the request is received 24+hrs prior to encounter. Only the person that booked the encounter may submit requests and eligibility is determined by the date/time stamp on the email. Under all circumstances reschedule dates cannot exceed 30-days from the originally scheduled date and cannot be subsequently rescheduled. Except for animal rides and hiking, encounters operate rain or shine. If Ocoee Riverside Farm cancels an encounter, all guests will receive a 100% refund for the cancelled encounter(s) or may choose to reschedule, subject to availability.
LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, ALL GUESTS LODGING WITH US AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AND ENCOUNTERS.
