The Guest Room

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN BOOKING BELOW YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES

The Guest Room, as it’s name implies, is the actual guest room located inside our private residence here on the farm and, on rare occasions, is made available to our guests.   The room offers 2 king sized beds, a full size crib, a love seat as well as a window seat, and a full private bath.  It is best suited for 1-4 persons looking to be our personal guests for a period of between 2-3 days.  Please note that this is the only accommodation on the farm that does NOT allow instant bookings.  This means that we will need to “accept” your request in order for your dates to be guaranteed so we ask that you please do not make travel arrangements and/or book encounters prior to your request being accepted.  When a request for The Guest Room is received we will respond as soon as possible however if the request is more than 3-4 weeks away we will likely delay our response until closer to check-in.  

Accommodations: 2-night minimum, 4+1* Guests, 2 King Beds, 1 Full Bath (*Full size crib in room)

Select Amenities: Country Setting, Farm Stay,  Mountain View, Pasture View, Central Heat/Air, Full Kitchen (shared), Fireplace in shared den, Gas Grill, Blackstone, EV Charger on site as well as 20% off most of our “Stay Here, Play Here” animal encounters including our popular kangaroo and sloth encounters!

“Ocoee Riverside Farm is such a magical place. We stayed in the “Guest Room”, instantly felt warm welcomes and like part of the family. When we arrived the family was getting some pizza and invited us to the dinner table to join them. John and Donna made us feel so welcome… But comfortable enough to feel like we could do our own thing or join them if we wanted to. 
The second day we did the farm tour and had such a wonderful afternoon feeding the goats, mini donkeys, ponies, turtle, emu, swans and more. And we visited with the camel, llama, kangaroo, horses and more! I was unbelievably impressed with how clean all the animal areas were, how much room they have to roam and how well taken care of they are. This family REALLY cares about these animals and it shows. The tour taught us all about each one we met and had hands on experience with them all. The home is immaculate with beautiful rustic farm decor you would see is a home design magazine. The “Guest Room” is HUGE. The photos don’t do it justice. 2 king size beds and full private bathroom. Thank you Donna and John (and family) for such an amazing experience. I leave with such a warm heart and soul. I am looking forward to coming back soon!”
