We are most certain that American pioneers of the 1800’s would have been more than happy to jump onto this bandwagon!
Equipped with central heat and A/C, a king sized bed, a set of bunks, a wagon wheel table and chairs, a two door mini fridge/freezer, a convection microwave, a Keurig Duo and luxury linens will provide you a “glamping” experience like none other!
Additionally, our Band Wagon guests will receive a key to their own private bathroom located just a few feet away in the beautifully decorated Ocoee Riverside Bathhouse.
Built to have the look and feel of an older riverside cabin, your bathroom inside the bathhouse offers modern day conveniences with a rustic touch. You will find a copper pot basin atop a barn door vanity, a pull chain high tank toilet, and a barn metal shower that features an exhaust fan and blue tooth speakers inside the overhead light. The entire bath house is heated and cooled and each private bathroom is also equipped with its own overhead heat lamp.
Outside we have outfitted your private campsite with 4 fireside chairs, a picnic table, charcoal grill, stone ring fire-pit, set of roasting forks, grilled sandwich presses, and a complete set of cast iron cookware.

The space
While The Band Wagon is reminiscent of a much more primitive time in American history you will not have to go without modern-day luxuries. Your wagon is equipped with central heat and air, a king-size bed, a set of bunks, a wagon wheel table and chairs, a two-door mini fridge/freezer, a convection microwave, a Keurig Duo and luxury linens. Outside we have also outfitted your campsite with a stone-ring fire pit surrounded by 4 campside chairs, a picnic table, a charcoal grill and a complete set of cast iron cookware. We also provide a starter supply of disposable plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. Just steps away you will enjoy the privacy of your own full bath inside the Ocoee Riverside Bath House which also offers central heat and air. Your private bathroom will come with its own keyed entrance so no need to carry toiletries back and forth from the wagon. Speaking of toiletries; you will find that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash has been provided. The private bath itself features a vintage replica high tank toilet, vanity with copper pot basin, a heat lamp, luxury towels, and a stand-up shower with blue tooth speaker to enjoy all your favorite tunes while you wash your worries away. Hand soap, toilet paper, and tissues are also provided. Behind the bathhouse, you will enjoy a shared, two-level deck, with additional riverfront seating as well as a gas grill with side burner.
Some special spaces on the farm, for the common enjoyment of all of our guests, include our Riverfront and Swan Pond Gazebos, the children's log cabin playhouse, as well as our playground located across from the covered wagons. Our boat ramp, located at the end of the main driveway, offers easy access to the river should you decide to take a cool dip or splash around with the kids.
Guest access
Ocoee Riverside Farm is a 30-acre riverfront farm located in the small town of Benton, Tennessee. As our guest, you will come to realize that we really do offer a 'Stay Here, Play Here' environment on the farm! Our boat ramp, located at the end of the main driveway, offers easy access to the river should you decide to take a cool dip or splash around with the kids. Other common space areas include a playground and playhouse for the kids, as well as our Riverfront and Swan Pond Gazebos! Additionally, we also offer our guests a number of extra activities here on the farm in the way of animal encouters. These encounters can be found listed on the home page under “Encounters” and include Farm Tours, Sloth Encounters, Kangaroo Encounters, Horseback Riding, Camel Rides, Pony Rides, bottle feedings and more! We STRONGLY encourage you to book your animal encounters early as spaces are limited and fill up quickly!

EV Charging
EV Charging is available at cost of $20/single charge and $35 unlimited. There may be occasions where more than one guest has paid for charging in which case the charger is shared but this has never been an issue for anyone.
Returning Guest Discounts
We offer a 10% “Returning Guest Discount” to guests returning to stay in the same accommodation on the farm as previously stayed in. A 5% discount is offered to guests returning to the farm and staying in a different accommodation. Guests MUST reach out to us for a discount code PRIOR to booking. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO APPLY THE DISCOUNT AFTER YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED.
Other things to note
Did you know that we can host your event or large family gathering? Here on the farm we offer a total of 8 different accomodations that sleep a total of 37 guests. The nightly rate is reduced by 10% on all accommodations when simultaneously renting at least 3 accommodations (excluding The Glampsite) for a period of at least 3 consecutive nights, and reduced by 15% when renting out ALL lodging spaces for the same period.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be made via email. Cancellations requested more than 30-days prior to check-in will be refunded at 95%. Cancellations made less than 30-days prior to check-in but more than 14-days prior will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14-days prior to the scheduled check-in. For bookings made less than 30-days prior to check-in a 95% refund will still be offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
