During this 60-minute private ride you and our guide will enjoy exploring the farm and river area from horseback! After being introduced to your horse you may mount from the ground or with the assistance of our mounting block inside our riding ring where you will need to exhibit your riding proficiency as this ride is for EXPERIENCED RIDERS ONLY. You may walk, trot, canter, or gallop your horse based on your level of comfort and experience but you may not ride the horse outside the ring at a more advanced level than was demonstrated inside the ring. After a brief warm-up session the ride will move outside the ring provided that the instructor feels that you have the experience to do so. Otherwise, the entirety of the ride will remain inside the ring.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Reservations without Cancellation Protection are non-refundable. Guests may request to reschedule by emailing ocoeeriversidefarm@gmail.com at least 7-days in advance of their scheduled encounter. The rescheduled date can not exceed 30-days from the original date and can not be subsequently rescheduled. REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL ONLY. Optional Cancellation Protection is available to be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later. Guests who purchase Cancellation Protection may cancel BY EMAIL ONLY and receive a 100% refund of the encounter cost when cancelling 72+ hours before their encounter and a 50% refund when cancelling at least 24-hours before their encounter. CANCELLATIONS INSIDE 24-HRS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN WHEN CANCELLATION PROTECTION IS PURCHASED. Guests with Cancellation Protection may also reschedule, without penalty, so long as the request is received 24+hrs in advance of the encounter and does not exceed beyond 30-days from the scheduled encounter date. Only the person that booked the encounter may submit requests and eligibility is determined by the date/time stamp on the email request. Except for animal rides and hiking, encounters operate rain or shine. If Ocoee Riverside Farm cancels an encounter, all guests will receive a 100% refund for the cancelled encounter(s) or may choose to reschedule, subject to availability.
